Dear John and Maggie,
I visited your store on July 9 while on my first trip to Savannah. I admit I was skeptical when John told me how durable these plush toys are. My Jimmy is a 12 year old Sheppard mix who has never been able to have a plush toy more than 10-15 minutes before he shreds it into pieces. I returned home a week later and Jimmy quickly decided Rocket was his new favorite toy.
Two whole months later Jimmy still loves Rocket and Rocket is still completely intact! You were totally right - Rocket is a super toy! :)
Thank you for the wonderful product and especially for making my Jimmy such a happy pup!

Happy holidays! The toys arrived just in time. I am snow bound with 3 stir crazy cavaliers and they were so happy to see these come out of the box! Enjoy the pics! Junebug always brings her raccoon out of her toybox first, so I knew I had to get more for her friends. Thank you!

I picked up the small racoon from you last Saturday at the Savannah show and I am pleased to report that it's the first toy to survive the cockapoo this long. I am passing your card to some neighborhood dogs that they may get their owners to buy some as well.
Good job.

ust thought we would give you some feedback on the toys. Hilda and Hazel love to rip the stuffing out of toys. The Fluff & Tuff’s have been in the house for several weeks and are still in one piece! This has never happened before with any toy. Great job!

We received Rocket yesterday, and couldn't wait until Christmas. Sterk our black lab just loves it!

UPDATE: I ordered a raccoon for Sterk about 2 months ago--still no signs of coming apart VERY TUFF. He play's with it everyday. It is truly one of the best toy's I ever bought Sterk. He loves it!!!
I did want to write and say thank you for our recent order. Jack, the beagle, has chewed through a part of an ear and the point off one of the tails. I understand that no stuffed toy is indestructible, so even though my dogs can do damage to toys, they seems to really be enjoying these guys. When they get a little too rough with the toys, we take them away and put them on the top of the refrigerator. This noon, Jack sat looking up and wagging his tail.
In case you would ever need a toy tester – Jack would apply for the job, and Gibbs, the lab, would be right there too!

I’m writing to let you know that I made the journey just fine. It was a little bouncy and I almost got sick but I finally arrived. I thought my new family might have a harmless little Chihuahua or a easy going Basset Hound but nooooooooo! Instead, I am subjected to the vicious killer dog, Gina. Can you believe my luck? My new family even baptized me with Gina’s dog spit. Puh-leeze! Then they tossed me around and she mauled me for a while, like “Raccoon for dinner – woo hoo!” They even pulled on my legs and my tail too, really hard. Totally not nice. Masochists, I’m pretty sure. I think my family thought I would end up with no arms, legs or eyes like most of the other critters in the house, but I decided I’m not afraid of the vicious killer dog. She’s not that tuff. I, on the other hand, am very TUFF even though my FLUFF is a little stiff and matted from dog drool. Can you say “Bad Dog Breath??” And for some reason they think I can’t walk around on my own. Apparently I have to be carried everywhere like a trophy. Good grief. Anyway, I'll sent you a picture as proof that I’m still breathing.
My family says hi. I gotta go. Gina wants to go another round.

Hi! My name is Zoe, I'm a 10 month old Golden Retriever puppy. My mom loves me very much and ordered the "Allie"gator and the Raccoon for me. I LOVE THEM! They hold up really well considering all the chewing I do on their ears and stuff! I did accidentally chew part of the raccoon's ear off and nothing happened! No stuffing came out or anything. It's a miracle 'cause I really like to take all of the stuffing out. All you pups out there should ask your mom to order you one!!

I really didn’t want to review dog toys. C’mon, are there not enough squeaky, fluffy toys stacking the shelves of pet stores from coast to coast? But, when Ericka sent me a request to check out toys from Fluff + Tuff, I wasn’t initially impressed. They didn’t look terribly special.
Plush chew toys with squeakers, in the shapes of colorful animals. What’s so interesting about that? However, the story of the startup’s founders intrigued me. They’re earnest, and set out to make the most durable, best quality toys they could find. They were willing to test out the products on the toughest chewers they could get their hands on. They retail for $13.95 apiece, which is a bit pricey, assuming the toy doesn’t last, as I’ve found most don’t. Well, let’s see.
Ok, they’re attractive enough, but I just don’t think Cami and Harry could have any interest in what a squeaky toy looks like. The test would be when Harry gets his paws, and more importantly, his teeth on them. He’s the tester, because as I’ve mentioned before, he has the chewing tenacity of a Labrador retriever. Cami just likes to hear the squeak. For Harry, it’s deadly serious stuff. Squeakies must die.
Three toys were put to the test: a cute green gator, a big grey elephant, and a brownish raccoon. Harry got to work on Georgia the Alligator, and within two days had chewed off two of the plush toy’s feet. However, two months later, he’s never done more damage than that, and he has seriously tried. The squeakies of all three toys still work just fine.
I’m impressed. The toys look great, Cami and Harry still carry them around and chew on them regularly (Harry was happily working on the raccoon as I was writing this), and the claim of the company holds up just fine.
"Don’t get us wrong, we’re not guaranteeing an infinite lifetime on these toys. If your dogs are like ours’, you know that’s impossible. But we think you’ll find, as we did that a Fluff + Tuff toy will outlast most and still be SOFT and PLAYFUL and FUN. After all…it is a TOY."
That’s good enough for me

You gave us a toy at the Perry Dog Show, Ga. It was a gift; to me for my military service.
This dog toy is great! Omar Bradley, a Scottie, has not destroyed it yet. I have ordered him many toys from other sources that claim their toy will stand up to much larger dogs, and he usually has the noise maker out within minutes and the rest of the toy ripped apart.
So far he has not ripped a seam yet!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Regards,
John R. Simonton
