Giving Back - Fluff & Tuff

Giving Back

We take play seriously – especially when it comes to dogs in need. Through both product and monetary donations, our aim is to spread a little bit of fun to as many dogs as possible.

Fluff & Tuff Charitable Foundation

The Fluff & Tuff Charitable Foundation’s mission is to make a big difference for small organizations who are committed to helping animals in need. The foundation supports numerous small-scale animal shelters, organizations, rescues and clubs across the country. Among many initiatives like fundraising events and product donations, the foundation also has partnered with Start a Snowball to create and fund their first animal welfare grant, as well as the Chicago Canine Rescue to help complete their kennel system fundraiser.

Holiday Charity Toy

Each holiday season, we design a limited edition Holiday Charity Toy available from October through January. 100% of the profits from the sale of our Holiday Charity Toy are donated through our Fluff & Tuff Charitable Foundation.

#igiveafluff

Each year, we run a month-long donation campaign which invites you to share a photo of your pup with their favorite Fluff & Tuff toy on social media using #igiveafluff. In return, we donate a toy on your dog’s behalf for every post. Thanks to the enthusiastic support of our customers and retailers, our #igiveafluff campaign in April of 2016 generated more than 575 toy donations.

Stay tuned for the next event date - and together, let’s give a Fluff!

Have an organization or event you’d like us to support?

While we can’t help everyone, we’d love to talk. Please send requests and information about your organization and/or event to ellen@fluffandtuff.com.

Play Safe

Always supervise your dog’s play time. While our toys are made with high quality materials to be more durable, they are still plush toys – not chew toys – and therefore are not indestructible. All Fluff & Tuff toys meet the same strict standards set for manufacturing children’s plush toys in the United States, including: ASTM F963-11 (Standard Consumer Safety Specs for Toy Safety), testing for lead and Phthalates, and double scanning for foreign or metal objects.
